Questions we get often
Is the app free for patients?
Yes. Downloading the app, creating an account, searching clinics and booking appointments are all free. Consultation fees are set by each clinic and paid directly to it — and booking with a student clinic is always free.
How do I book an appointment?
Register with your phone number, choose your city and speciality, open a clinic's page, then pick one of the free slots in its schedule and confirm. You'll get a confirmation notification and a reminder before the visit.
Who can see my dental record?
You, and the dentist treating you. Your record isn't exposed to another clinic just because it's on the platform — it opens to a dentist once you become their patient. Full detail in the privacy policy.
Can I cancel or change an appointment?
Yes, from the My appointments screen before the visit. The accepted cancellation window varies by clinic, and repeatedly missing appointments without cancelling can restrict booking on your account.
How do I join as a dentist or clinic?
Register as a provider, then upload a photo of your practice licence and of the clinic frontage. Once reviewed, your profile is activated and starts appearing in search. Full steps on the clinics page.
How can I pay in the store?
Cash on delivery, or online through ZainCash. Delivery is charged by governorate and shown to you before you confirm the order.
Is the app available in English?
The app interface is currently Arabic throughout, laid out right to left. This website is available in Arabic and English.
Where is my data stored?
On the platform's servers, encrypted in transit between your app and the server. What we collect, why, and how to request deletion is set out in the privacy policy.
