For dentists and clinics
Your whole clinic, in your pocket
Siha isn't a clinic directory. It's the daily working set: your appointment agenda, your patients' records, their tooth charts and their treatment plans — inside the same app your patient books from.
The tools
What you get
Schedule and appointments
Set your weekly hours and time off, and free slots appear to patients automatically. Confirm, cancel or reschedule, and record attendance and no-shows.
Patient records
A structured medical history, notes, a communication log, tasks with due dates, and uploaded documents and images — per patient.
Tooth chart
A chart in FDI notation covering permanent and primary dentition. Record each tooth's condition and affected surfaces, with a history behind every edit.
Treatment plan builder
Three modes: a simple plan, one split into phases, or one built tooth by tooth. Add procedure steps and tick them off as treatment progresses — your patient follows along.
Clinic profile
Logo, photos, a work gallery, address, opening hours and specialities. This is what a patient sees before booking, and what your reviews attach to.
Supplies store
A separate store visible to dentists only: clinic materials and instruments, with a cart, orders and delivery by governorate.
Hiring graduates
Need a dentist? Post what you're looking for, browse applications from registered dental graduates, and send an offer directly.
Reviews you can trust
Only a patient who actually visited can review you — each review is tied to a completed appointment, one per patient.
Instant notifications
A new booking, a cancellation, or a message from a patient — you're alerted on your phone straight away.
Joining
Four steps to your first booking
Every provider is verified before going live. This isn't paperwork for its own sake — patients hand you their dental record, and trust starts here.
-
Register as a provider
Download the app and choose "register as a dentist or clinic". Enter your name, phone number, speciality and city, then confirm the number with the code you receive.
-
Upload your verification documents
A clear photo of your practice licence, and one of the clinic frontage. Documents are stored encrypted and are never shown to other users of the platform.
-
Wait for review
The platform team checks the documents against your details. If something's missing we'll contact you, and no application is refused without a written reason.
-
Activate your profile and start
Once approved, set your working hours and add clinic photos and specialities. Your clinic starts appearing in search, and bookings come straight to you.
Membership begins with a trial period. For subscription details and terms, talk to the clinics team — and see the full obligations in the terms and conditions.
Students and graduates
Not a dentist yet? There's a place for you
Dental students open a provider profile too: university, year of study and teaching clinic, with a schedule, appointments and reviews. The one difference is that booking with a student is always free.
- A profile showing your university, year of study and teaching clinic.
- Hours, booking and appointments, exactly like a clinic profile.
- Patient reviews that build your professional reputation early.
Just graduated?
Apply once on the graduate board: your university, year of graduation, city, and the field you want to work in. Clinics that post a hiring need browse the applications and send you an offer.
Provider questions
Before you register
How long does the review take?
It depends on how clear the uploaded documents are. If the licence photo is legible and the details match, review is faster. We'll contact you if we need anything clarified.
Can I change my schedule after activation?
Yes, at any time. You set working hours for each day of the week and record your leave and unavailable periods — they're deducted automatically from the slots offered for booking.
Who owns the clinical records I write?
The record belongs to the patient, and as the treating dentist you are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter in it. The platform stores and secures the data and does not intervene in its clinical content. Details in the privacy policy.
Can I pause my profile temporarily?
Yes. You can stop accepting new bookings while keeping existing appointments, or ask support to deactivate the profile entirely.
Is my phone number shown to patients?
Your personal number is not published. What appears on the clinic profile is the contact information you choose to display.
